Regular Members

Regular Members are individuals and companies that own and/or manage rental property located in the cities of Dublin, Fremont, Hayward, Livermore, Newark, Pleasanton, San Leandro, Union City and the unincorporated areas of Alameda County (Ashland, Castlewood, Castro Valley, Cherryland, Fairview, Happy Valley, Hillcrest Knolls, San Lorenzo, and Sunol).

The RHA has members from across the rental industry:

  • Independent Owners - Our Independent owners own from one to several rentals.
  • Management Companies - Companies who charge a fee to manage property for others
  • Regional Companies - Companies with larger portfolio of properties across the Bay Area and State
  • National Companies - Organizations with a National Reach that own and manage rental communities.

Why do our members join and stay with RHA?

Because, as the area’s only member-controlled association, we represent and pursue your business interests.
The RHA – Southern Alameda is the East Bay’s only California Apartment Association (CAA) Chapter – which means that when you become a member with us, you are also a member of CAA. Dual membership means dual protection!
