Alameda County eviction moratorium to sunset in 60 days

After 3 long years, cash-starved landlords finally have an end date to the county's draconian eviction ban.
It wasn't by design, but purely coincidental that after months of delays, the Alameda County Board of Supervisors held a meeting to discuss the county's archaic eviction moratorium on February 28 - the same day that the COVID State of Emergency quietly ended after Governor Newsom rescinded the declaration.
